After weeks of anticipation, the One UI 7 update rollout is finally picking up speed. I just got my hands on the latest official schedule, and if you’re a Galaxy user like me, there’s a lot to look forward to. Samsung recently posted a new timeline in its Korean community forums (credit to Tarun Vats for surfacing it), detailing nearly 50 Galaxy devices that are now officially confirmed to receive the One UI 7 update over the next few months.

One UI 7 Update Timeline: What Samsung Just Revealed

Samsung confirmed that the rollout will continue through at least June 2025. Updates are coming in phases, starting with eight devices this April, followed by a broader release in May and June. Keep in mind, this is in addition to the six Galaxy devices that already started receiving the update earlier today.

If you own one of these, you're among the lucky few getting the update early:

  • Galaxy Z Flip 5
  • Galaxy Tab S10+
  • Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra
  • Galaxy S23
  • Galaxy S23+

Devices Getting One UI 7 in June 2025

If your device is on this list, don’t worry—June isn’t far off:

  • Galaxy Tab S9 FE / FE+

  • Galaxy Quantum3
  • Galaxy Jump3 / Jump2

  • Galaxy Tab A9 / A9+
  • Galaxy Tab Active 5 / Active 4 Pro
  • Galaxy Wide 7

This is by far the most comprehensive One UI 7 schedule we’ve seen. It’s worth noting that Samsung didn’t include every device in this list—many Galaxy A, M, F series models and older devices are likely still in the pipeline. If you don’t see your phone or tablet here, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s excluded.

From what I’ve experienced so far, One UI 7 brings meaningful upgrades across the board, including performance boosts, UI refinements, and improved privacy features. If you’ve been holding off, now’s the time to get excited.

My Take on the Rollout Strategy

Samsung seems to be taking a more structured approach this year. By breaking the rollout into clear monthly batches, it’s easier for users like me to track what’s coming and when. It also helps reduce server strain and avoid bugs by spacing out updates.

What I appreciate most is how even mid-range and niche models like the Galaxy Jump and Tab Active series are getting the same software love as the flagships. That’s a win for users across the board.

What to Do While You Wait

Back up your data.

Clear storage space.

Keep your device charged and connected to Wi-Fi.

You’ll likely receive a notification once your update is ready, but it never hurts to check manually under Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Samsung is making real strides with the One UI 7 rollout, and if your device is on this schedule, you can expect the update soon. I’ll be keeping a close eye on how each phase unfolds and will continue updating this guide as new information becomes available.

If you're as excited as I am, keep checking your device over the next few weeks. One UI 7 is almost here.
